Tricia has been with the City since July 2008. She started out as Utility Specialist then promoted to Assistant City Secretary. February 12, 2018 was promoted to City Secretary. Essential Job Functions:
  • Communicate effectively with the public and employees.
  • Prepare official publication of notices and ordinances.
  • Prepare and manage agendas and minutes for Council meetings.
  • Prepare and manage agendas and minutes for City Boards and Commissions. 
  • Administer oaths of office. 
  • Organize and maintain municipal elections. 
  • Manage all functions of front office. 
  • Serves as judge's clerk during court proceedings.
  • Administer budget as adopted by the City Council.
  • Provides notary public services and many other duties.
