Deposit Information for New Water Service

Customers wanting to open a new account for water service are required to pay $100 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT and $25 NONREFUNDABLE SERVICE CHARGE. Landlords wanting temporary service between tenants can pay a $40 Floating Deposit (refundable). Customers wanting to open a new account without paying a deposit: Bring in a letter of credit from previous water supplier, showing no more than (2) TWO late payments over a (12) TWELVE month period. 

Billing Information

Payment for a utility service is due on the 15th of every month. Payments received after the 15th of every month will have a late fee of $10.00 added to the bill. Unpaid services will be disconnected if not paid in full by the 24th of every month.

Payment Information

Payment methods include: cash, checks, Visa or Master Cards, cashier checks and money orders. Drafts are available upon requests. Drive thru KIOSK is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week for your convenience.

Sanitation Collection

Please remember to have trash in the poly cart provided by Sanitation Solutions and leave on curb the night before your pick up date. Please remember to remove poly cart from curbside as soon as possible. The City also has bulk pick-up at curbside by Sanitation Solutions on your normal collection day.

Brush Collection

Residents may place four foot bundles of brush on curbside on their scheduled collection day each week.
